For items being shipped:

I don't accept returns or exchanges.  

All orders take up to 24 - 48 hours to process and then additional time for delivery. 

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. 

For items being picked up locally:

No refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufactured defect.
