Accessibility & Sensory-Friendly Shopping
We are committed to making our space accessible and welcoming for everyone. A private booking is the perfect way to ensure you can shop at your own pace in a comfortable environment—whether you need a sensory-friendly space (such as dimmed lighting, no music, no crowds, etc.) or specific mobility accommodations. Please let us know of any requirements in your appointment request email so we can ensure the shop is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Traveling with a Crowd?
We love hosting groups! If you're visiting with friends, a craft guild, or a tour, please let us know in advance. This helps us ensure we have plenty of space and time to welcome everyone properly and provide that signature one-on-one attention.
Need recommendations for where to stay, eat or other activities while you're here? Please let us know in your booking request email and we would be happy to offer some great suggestions!

While we try our best to accommodate every request, we are a small family run business which means that:
- requests with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred time.
- We are unable to accommodate walk-ins, so be sure to reach out ahead of time!
- Shopping Only! These sessions are dedicated to browsing and shopping, not order pick-ups (orders can only be picked up during regular business hours).
