A private booking is the perfect way to ensure you can shop at your own pace in a comfortable environment—whether you need a sensory-friendly space (such as dimmed lighting, no music, no crowds, etc.) or specific mobility accommodations. Please let us know of any requirements in your appointment request email so we can ensure the shop is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Traveling with a Crowd?
We love hosting groups! If you're visiting with friends, a craft guild, or a tour, please let us know in advance. This helps us ensure we have plenty of space and time to welcome everyone properly and provide that signature one-on-one attention.

While we try our best to accommodate every request, we are a family run business which means that:
- We prefer 24-48 hours notice for all appointments so we can have everything all ready for your visit.
- Same-day appointment requests are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a slot last minute.
