Due to the fact that hand dyed wools can vary, we cannot guarantee colour. When ordering more than one skein of the same colour we will keep dye lots together as much as possible.
If you are looking for larger quantities of colours in the same dye lots, please email me at [email protected] and I can place a special order. 
Please note- pre-payment in full is required for special orders. 

To ensure your needles and notions arrive safely, all needles are shipped via tracked parcel mail.

Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted for manufacturer defects. If a product is defective upon arrival, a return will be accepted for a replacement or refund if reported within 30 days.  If you believe your item is defective, please email us at [email protected]  with your invoice number and photos of the defect. If approved, we will provide a pre-paid Canada Post return shipping label.

"Manufacturer Defect" is defined as a failure of the product to function due to faulty materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
