Cast On! Cast Off! in Triton Newfoundland is proud to host it's first Knitting Retreat!

Get ready to spend an exclusive and memorable weekend with "Shirl the Purl"!  May 26-28, 2023.

Shirley Anne Scott is an author and fibre-artist extraordinaire who will knit us through a very special project using COCO's special colourway "Bumblebee Bight" hand dyed in Newfoundland by Windswept Fibre and Design. This project is perfect for all levels of knitters, so all are welcome.

Here is what is included in your ticket:

Friday May 26:  Meet & Greet with Shirley - Supper will be provided and served at 6pm

Saturday May 27: Knitting begins!  Breakfast, Lunch & Supper will be provided and served at the Brewery along with snacks in between. 

Saturday night entertainment - to be announced!

Saturday evening, the Brewery will be open to the public for supper so that any accompanying spouses can join in on the fun! (meal ticket is for the participant only.  Spouses or accompanying guests must purchase their own meal)

Sunday May 28: Breakfast will be provided and served at the Brewery

 

Your wool, instruction and all meals will be provided, all you need to do is book your rooms and bring your needles!

Few notes (please read carefully):

 

No refunds or exchanges on wool

 

Needle size: 4.5mm circ 60cm long, but ideal to have to have a few sizes and lengths on hand in your knitting bag for gauge

 

Cancellation must be no later than 7 days before the event.  Refund will be on instruction and meal voucher only plus HST.
